"Really loved working with everyone at this office. I only left to join a family plan and will absolutely be back when I go on my own again. My agent raised my monthly bill by like less than $2 to save me a couple hundred dollars in my deductible amount which was great to know for peace of mind. Loved that she was thinking long term like that for me. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an agent. Also my favorite thing about working with State Farm in particular is you always get an actual person on the phone when you call your agent. No menus and repeating yourself endlessly or listening to awful hold music just to do basic things. Been with state farm for over 20 years and never plan to leave."

"DeAnn was our agent for years while we lived in Oregon. She was always friendly, responsive, and made sure we had coverage quickly! After being out of the US for 8 years, we moved back and were on our way to buy a used car in Washington State. We realized we would need car insurance asap, so we called DeAnn. One of her associates got us coverage over the phone and emailed us our insurance cards within the hour. Amazing. A few months later, we moved across the country. Again, DeAnn and her associates made sure we had coverage on our storage unit and our household items in shipment. We're sad DeAnn can no longer be our agent now that we're in the Northeast, but if we ever live in the PNW again, we'll look her up. Highly recommend!"

"I’ve been with DeAnn since 2006 or so and I’m so glad!! She and her staff are always so helpful and find the best rates for me. DeAnn saved the day when I was in school and my home was broken into. It was close to finals week and my computer was stolen. I was devastated! I called her after the police left and she had me come right down to her office. She called Best Buy and got me set up with a new computer that day! She’s the bees knees 😊"

"DeAnn is simply the best agent to work with!! She is extremely efficient, detail oriented, and extremely thorough! She met all of our insurance needs from auto to home, business, and umbrella policies. She out covered the competition and beat their quotes, getting us new coverage within days and saving us $$$. "Every day I see ads from insurance companies. Switch and save? Some are fun to watch. But why change when you have a Great insurance agent? DeAnn and her staff are always ready to help. And DeAnn often answers the phone when I call! So I may save some $$ to switch? Then lose the great service I've had for decades? Nope. My rates are not bad, and the State Farm Calenders are free! Thanks!"
